Revenue accrues
Trading on Pump.fun generates creator rewards and fees. They collect in the treasury — the only fuel the machine ever uses.
70 / 30 split
Each funded batch splits deterministically: 70% becomes the card budget, 30% buys back $PRIZED and burns it. Every split is published.
Buy graded slabs
The card budget swaps to USDC via Jupiter and buys real Collector Crypt graded card NFTs straight into the vault.
Snapshot · roll · airdrop
At window close, eligible holders are snapshotted, the committed seed is revealed, an HMAC roll picks one winner weighted by tickets, and the next graded card airdrops to them — one card per draw, top of the queue first.
Buys real graded slabs into the vault.
Buys $PRIZED and burns it via SPL burn.
Every 50,000 $PRIZED = 1 ticket (the minimum to enter). Win chance equals your share of all tickets. Nothing else.
